About the event
While the world is filled with holiday music, celebrations, and messages of happiness, not everyone is feeling joyful. For some, the holiday season brings sadness, loneliness, grief, anxiety, or memories of difficult experiences. And sometimes, the pressure to be happy can make those feelings even harder to navigate.
This group creates a supportive, judgment-free space to talk about the holiday blues and the emotional challenges that often go unspoken.
Participants will explore healthy coping strategies, ways to manage difficult emotions, and practical tools for finding connection and support. You don't have to pretend everything is okay just because it's the holiday season. Your feelings are valid, and support is available.
