Mental Health in Communities of Color: Breaking Generational Cycles

Many of the beliefs, behaviors, and coping strategies we carry have been passed down through generations. While some traditions strengthen us, others may contribute to silence, stigma, and unresolved trauma.

This workshop explores the impact of generational trauma and mental health stigma within communities of color while providing practical tools to break unhealthy patterns, foster healing, and build healthier emotional legacies for ourselves and future generations.
