Join us for our monthly Middle & High School Girls Workshop on Saturday, November 1st, from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM! This engaging and interactive session will focus on: Mental Health.
Led by Dr. Sierra Barnes, participants will engage in a mental health session designed to equip them with strategies to manage stress, build resilience, and maintain emotional well-being.
