Girl Power : Identity & Confidence Building

Welcome to Girl Power, a monthly wellness and empowerment program for middle and high school girls hosted by Girl Get Up Society. Our workshops create a safe, supportive, and fun space for girls to learn about mental health, build confidence, and connect with peers who uplift and encourage them.

Each month, girls meet with a licensed mental health professional to explore topics that matter to them — including self-love, relationships, bullying, drama, grief, confidence, stress management, and more. Every session includes open discussion, hands-on activities, and tools they can use in real life.

What to Expect Each Month:
