Help your daughter start the school year with confidence, focus, and a clear vision for success! This full-day workshop is designed for middle and high school girls to build skills that will help them thrive academically, emotionally, and personally.
Led by licensed counselors Marshella Gore and Dr. Sierra Barnes, the day will feature three powerful and interactive sessions:
Managing Stress & Anxiety – Learn healthy ways to cope and stay balanced
Goal Setting & Vision Boards – Map out your dreams and create an action plan
Identifying & Expressing Emotions – Understand your feelings and communicate them effectively
