About the event
Too often, depression is met with silence, misunderstanding, or pressure to simply “push through.”
This group creates a safe and supportive space for honest conversations about what depression can look and feel like, why stigma keeps many people from seeking help, and how we can change the way we talk about mental health.
Participants will explore common misconceptions, learn ways to communicate their needs, and discuss how to support themselves and others without judgment.
Together, we’ll work toward making conversations about depression feel more normal, compassionate, and connected to hope and healing.
