Girl Grow Participant
"When I first connected with Girl Get Up Society, I was struggling with anxiety, depression, and trying to carry the weight of everything on my own. Through the therapy sessions they provided, I learned healthy coping skills, gained confidence, and started prioritizing my mental health. For the first time in a long time, I felt heard, supported, and hopeful. This program truly changed my life."

Girl Power Participant
"The Girl Power program helped me step outside of my comfort zone and realize I am not alone. I enjoyed meeting other girls, participating in workshops, and learning how to manage my mental health in healthy ways. The Lock-In Weekend was one of my favorite experiences because it helped me build friendships, confidence, and memories that I will never forget."

Girl Smile Recipient
"Receiving support through Girl Smile made me feel seen and part of a community. It was a relief for me and my family during a difficult time. We work hard, but we fell on hard times, and this support really helped us. More than the food, it reminded me that there are still people who care. Thank you for helping my family when we needed it most."
